Mental Border-Crossing eVISA Application
School for Innovators "Lite" Expedition XLIX
February 2010, Pennsylvania

This Expedition eVISA request is a key element in our design process for the upcoming School for Innovators Thinking Expedition on which you will be a team member. We use the information to design the overall flow, timing and route we will follow, as well as to highlight exploration and discovery areas. Your input is vital since you bring much of the expedition's knowns and unknowns with you.

We frequently receive very brief, cursory answers rather than the longer, in-depth answers. To alert you to our expectations for the "size" of the reply we would like, you will find numbers in parentheses following each question/entry item. For instance, the question "SOME CRITICAL ISSUES AND CHALLENGES I FACE (3-5)" indicates that we would like you to reply with at least 3-5 lines (or sentences) which should bring out 5-6 issues and challenges.

This is your opportunity to shape the direction, focus and design of the Thinking Expedition - and to spend some time really thinking about it. Several of the questions may not appear to relate or be of value (such as 3, 5 and 15). Please trust your guide - ALL your answers and thoughts at this stage are extremely valuable to our design.

While we will integrate and synthesize the information from all the team members' eVISAs, your personal input will be kept confidential.
